DFI Infinity the board for me?

As title per say...

I'm thinking of this board, but I'm unsure of what cooler to get for it, I've noticed a SLK900A available with clips, is it safe to use that cooler for going to lans? Cause it doesnt have the screws to put it on the board or anything like the normal SLK900. I would of gone for the SP-97 but it doesnt fit the Infinity according to Thermalright without some Neo back-plate which I cannot find in the UK.

Also is it worth me buying an XP-M 2600 w/ the stepping AXMG2600FQQ4C / IQYHA0348XPMW for £85 inc delivery? (Quite a bit above CPUCity but CPUCity don't guarentee a good stepping so I could get a dog)

I need help ASAP guys, am buying this very soon!

are you changing setups again :)? Or is it just a second pc :p?

I would take the Thermalright SLK 947U. it has a neo backplate with it so you can use the 4 small mounting holes on the infinity.
