Hey guys,

I just received a Mobile 2400+ (35W) with the following:

AXMD2400FJQ4C T852213C40080
AQYHA 0413VPKW

Does anyknow know this stepping?

I can't test it, as I don't have a mobo  :(
Should I keep the chip, or should I send it back?

I'm going for at least 2800MHz on water. :toast:

It can be good but I don't think it's that great. "T" and "A" where there should have been "Y" and "I".

Yeah, I thought so.

Think I'm gonna send it back.

Try it man, it is a 35 watt version, AND its year 04 production. You might be sitting on a killer chip there. Give it a go, you could ALWAYS sell it later if you had to.

I've seen a couple of results now, one needed 1,8v to be primestable at 2535 with watercooling. Mine does that easily with 1,65v, so far from the best.

Thanks Endre.

Gonna send it back.... And look for a IQYHA (Y-chip).... :)

Both of mine have the "T" and they both do 2400 MHz at 1,55V. So, not really bad. ;)

Test it!

You can always sell it on eBay, if it clocks horrible. :toast:

celemine1Gig, yours are "Z" TPMWs (right?) those are better than these "T" VPKWs. These are not bad but not very good (at least when you compare them to the "Y" IQYFAs :D ).

Whooops, you're right! Just had a look at one of my CPUs and they have the "Z" and NOT the "T". Sorry, for the mistake, I was sure they had the "T". :D

But anyways, I'd try that CPU. Stepping doesn't always make the difference.

I have a AXMD2400FJQ4C 2378703L30813
AQYHA0350TPMW
And i havnt tryed it so much but got 2400mhz at 1.6V (hasnt tryed lower). And i got 2666mhz on air with it (think it was on 1.75V or 1.85V). So i am pretty pleased.
