View Full Version : Whats the problem with it
Ok i got my corsair pc4000 and i tryed to oc my 2.4m0 to 3ghz 1:1 and i cant its not stable. (memories working in dual channel) when i put the ddrs in normal channel it works but the ddr bandwidth comes from 8000mb to 4173  with all this my temp doesnt go up 35degrees i have and sp94+tornado 92*92 4800rpm. in dual channel mode i can get far to 2880ghz fsb 240*12 and its stable. in normal mode fsb 250*12 3000ghz.
they will perform more mhz at single channel.. thats a fact..
Try with some more voltage at your mem.. i think that will solve your problem.. what voltage are you running now ?
well im running it at 2.75 volts thats the defult for that memories i can give it a 2.8 with my mb but not more. the bios just give me that high.
that's a known problem ...
u can give up to 2.85 - i don't think it will be enough for your ram ... go to xtreme mods - check for vdimm mod ...
