Post Code 90 (AN7)

Hi there, after a recent power off of my pc in the middle of doing something, it wont BOOT, It just cycles to code 90 on the LEDs.

Do I need a new BIOS chip ? I have tried a couple of CPU's and also flashing from floppy but to no avial.

If I do need a new BIOS chip where do I go about getting one ?
