Corsair Pc4400 problem

Ok so I was having problems running my PC4000 pro at 275 fsb so I just bought Corsair PC4400 which is rated at 275fsb and I for the life of me can't get this thing to run at 1:1 which would be 550 mhz. It will only run at 5:4 divider . I have tried voltages from 2.8 - 3.0 but it shouldn't need that much voltage as it was tested with 2.75 v. My board has the vdimm issue fixed so I know it isn't the problem. Anyone have any ideas? This is getting frustrating.

thats wierd.. but you should test voltages over 3.0 anyway..

Try some relaxed timings.

something like 3-4-4-8 should work.

If it doesn't try memtest and check for erros.
