Shutlle AN50R Bios mod

Hello all , i just want to find a modded bios for this motherboard to have acces at the X multiplicator. thx to help i don't find ;)

I belive the latest bios from shuttle allows down multiplier adjustments, but only 1x increments. If you use clock-gen you get the .5x multi's.

I recomend leaving all settings at default and use clock-gen to OC. Your less likely to corrupt your bios.

Yeah the option is there, but it doesn't actually work, I've tried a few times. And when you use the latest buy I think it was dated 2/25/04, you lose the ability to change multi thru clockgen also with that bios.

Which made me revert to using 10/30/03 bios so that I can atleast use clockgen to change multi.

i just tried that bios as well and it doesnt boot if i lower the multi

and 9.5 is the only multi that i can change with clockgen without freezing

Its ok if it freezes, when you restart the new multi will come into affect.

u can only change the multi when you have 1 vdimm slot being used up, if you have 2 being used then it wont work

If your having some problems with changing multi's (board dieing) try lowering your voltages then change multi's and then set your voltages after you have your desired multi

I am running 2x KHX3200/256 and changing multi seems to be fine here..
