im a n00b, i got £100 help me want rad 9800xt in it plus mobo cpu and me u recommedn?

yes i do, the whole thing stinks of the [h] crap with jcviggen, gives the forums a real bad feel to new people like me, i thought this was a great spot with lots of good modding info, and none of the "IS THIS TOO COLD/HOT" or "WHAT SHOULD I BUY" threads, with no bs at all..

LOL, I thought I would try and chear you guys up a little. At the end of the day, one of the most important things to me concerned with XS is the member,s you guys. A lot of you are good friends.

Carlsberg, Asetek, nVentiv and probably some other things I can't think of right now..
But as for your pc building..
We need to know what you will be sing it for, so we can be sure to find the exact right parts for you... :D

When you just want to store loads of prOn then you also need a fast CPU.....
You will find the best answer in a VIA CPU, it takes power to run such a big harddrive...
Then maybe also some of the fast PC-133 SD-RAM (f you have anough money, otherwise take the PC-100)...
Videocard, if you don't want to use the onboard that comes with the mobo, maybe see if you can find a Vodoo card or something like that one..

In my opinion I don't care who is owning the site. I don't own it, so I guess XS will never be perfect;)
Word has it XS is completely in Fuggers name.
Xtremesystems just needs to be up and running and I'm happy, like I said, doesn't matter who owns it as long as we the members have a good place to do our thing.

I was trying to visit this site (my home :D ) from my browsers favourites, and nobody home for 3 days.
Untill i got a bright moment and just typed xtremesystems.org in the adressbar.... i'll be dead, it's up and running. :D
Don't know what happend, i just hope it will stay up forever now, no matter who runs it.
Imagine all the crap i've been trough, the last 3 days....
Reading all this worthless crap made me realize how unique XS is! :)

Even after that was figured out, I got like an hour to look around. Before it went back down. I bet you too might not have been able to get on the last couple days even if you knew the no"/forums" trick. I tried that within not too much of it not working. I just thought I should let you all know who figured that out you havent exactly been mssing out all that much... you would have still gottn "this page can not be displayed" a lot. So go easy on yourself and hope for the best :(
