Not too sure, luck of the draw ya know...

There's another big thread about these 3.0Ghz NW's here already, matter of fact, there's a few threads.

Not much based on batches iirc, most 3.0Ghz SL6WU OC similar...

I'm getting 4.17 (278fsb) with my 3Ghz NW SL6WU...
FPO/Batch No: L349B066
Pack Date: 01/18/2004

Just try to get one that looks like an "M0" stepping 2.4/2.8 or better still, it looks like a P4XE on the underside of the chip....
