Oh yea, sweet forums, very nice information here. if anyone that has a pcmark score at around 250 1:1 could you post it please with your timings. Thnx.

Rig is

p4c 2.8
p4p800
ocz pc3200 256x2
9500pro
2 40 gigs, not in raid.

I got the best results with this ram 3:2, 1:1 it tops at 226mhz with max 2.85v from bios. 5:4 i cant get timings worth keeping. i know the pc4000 wont have the tightest timings but maybe the fact it can run 1:1 all the way up to 260 ( my cpu's max on air ) will help.

CPU score is right in line with what mine would be at 3500 (8150 or so at 3432mhz) but weak memory score due to your situation...we can't really directly compare but my 2.4 @ 286x12 3:2 (190mhz) 2-2-2-5 still got a memory score of something over 10,000...I forget what exactly.

very bad timings... maybe ill have to learn a vmod for my rams. I bought a grounded solder with small rounded tip to learn with on a dead board. Would vmod get me tighter timings ? i have 2x256 ocz pc3200 el and 2x256 geil pc4000.

this is just 1:1 at install of new rams. thats the best i can do with 2.85v from bios...stingy asus.

Just a quick test. At 250 1/1 I get 8717/11339. At 260 1/1 9047/11731. Hope this helps

Your not going to get much better even with Vmods. 500 and above Mhz equals sllloooowww timings. Still the bandwidth is doing fine.
