Check this thread Max3 vDimm stabilization mod (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23084) for both. The last page has some clarification on vDimm, earlier on is some different methods for vtt. For my mems the vtt was much more crucial to o/c'ing, but the vDimm was needed to hit 250 MHz at 2-2-2-5 and SR. FYI, I used Macci's version of the vtt, 1 kOhm set to 0, work up as needed.
