Need some help on mem, I have Corsair xms PC4000pro w/leg

My rig:

Abit Ic7-max3: P4 3.2c@4.2hz
Xms PC4000pro w/leg
263x16 1.65v/vdimm 2.8v 1:1 3.0 4.4.8
AGP 1.65v/ Fx-5950
Vapochill PE setup
Temp is good.


I have try 5:4 and work my way up on the FSB, but only one stable Setting. 250x16 1.65v: vdimm 2.8v 1:1 3.0 4.4.8
Everything works fine at 250x16.


When I’m at 263x16 fsb my rig gets little unstable,
After 4mins in windows it will reboot.
