The size of the washers that come with the Mach1? I think the high bios temps I am getting are due to the block not fully pressing down onto the cpu.

The girlfriend unit however must have tossed the bag since I left it on the dinner table grrrrrrrrrr

I dont want to use something that could cause an improper seal or such.

I am not sure if they are flat washers, o rings, or other. The book only says check the bag for the list yada yada lol

Easier way... order a single DangerDen Maze4 CPU Mounting Bolt Kit. In there are a set of thick plastic washers and a set of thin washers. Use the thick ones. 1 on each side is perfect downforce. 2 on each side is mega downforce!

The original prommie washers are just thin metal ones. You should also have 1x rubber O-Ring in each hole to seal...

Basically, yer bolts should go:

Bolt > Washer > Spring > Washer(s) > O-Ring > Into Evap head.

If you don't see the rubber O-s then they may already be IN the evap head. Take a pencil and poke thru the hole from the opposite side to push em out just so you can check that they're there. If not, just put a blob of sealing string on the end of the bolt before you put it in the hole... generally does the trick...
