Set it to read volts (V) DC to two decimal places. That pic is too small to tell you the eaxct postion on the dial where that would be....

Nice multi d00d!
Geberal notes:
wav lines denote AC electricity measurements and striaght ones DC
lack one goes to COM and red one goeas to Ohm and V socket for these measurements.
If you want to measure amps take out red probe from OhmVolt socket and depending on size of measured current put in 20A or 200mA socket.
Always sart from the biggest values unless you know what you are measuring.
Btw, run web search or you multi and prolly you'd be able to find eng manual :)

i want to measure the voltage of the vgpu and vmem,
should i use the ren cable in the v socket and set the turn dial to what?
set it to 20v. black plug goes into the COM, red one goes into the V/ohm
you're measuring the voltage, so you have to touch the voltage measuring point with the red one, and touch the ground with the black one.

Do you measure while the PC is on or off (a stupid question i know but i am new to measuring voltages)
while the PC is on, offcourse
watch out you don't slip and short some pieces out
