Building my own phase change system

Hi guys, oppainter told me to have a chat with you guys..

im building my own phase change system and have a couple of questions that i need answerd :)

first off ... the evaporator.. has anyone or does anyone know exactly how they look inside ? i think that is the main part of my project that is really important to get a feeling for how its built..

then the second thing would be how to make a so called chill-control... in simple terms it should use the case PSU and just keep the reset in a hold mode before it reaches a certain temperature.. or ?

and a little question regarding the measurements for a current vapo/mach would ge grateful so i know what kinda size i need to reduce or create my phasechanged cooling..

i hope im not being to blunt here but thats what i need help with..
