Sorry i'm being such a noob, but i'm having troubles flashing from bios 17 to bios 22. I've done this a hundred time, just having a brain fart right now and nothings working. Can you tell me the easiest way of doing this because the site instructions aren't very helpfull.

I would just use Flashmenu, if 22 is the latest it will do everything for you. If not Dload 22 and execute, then flash from file with flashmenu. Clear CMOS, setup your bios and your done...

Alternately you can flash from a boot disk in DOS, but Flashmenu seems to work quite well...

I prefer CTIAW, it gives a bit more info, and is great for checking PAT,GAT,MAT, etc...

Download it HERE (ftp://ftp.heise.de/pub/ct/ctsi/ctiaw.zip)
