Best timings with pc 4000 ram?

I am wondering what is everyones best timings running at 500 mhz DDR speed.

I plan on volt modding my Vdimm on the P4c800 deluxe and I am just wondering what everyone gets to and how much voltage there giving it.

Right now, non modded, at 2.85v I can hit 2.5 3 4 6 at 500 mhz. I am using Corsair PC4000 TwinxPro.

Do you guys think with a little volt mod, and some luck I could hit cas 2 at 500 mhz?

I don't think cas 2 is going to happen, reguardless of the voltage. Its worth trying of course, but from what I've read its pretty much impossible on the pc4*** type 'rams'. I'd post my best timings, but I don't run at 500mhz :p:

I would agree with lalPOOO, I don't think you'll do much better than what you have now, unless you find an exceptional pair of BH5 sticks...

You will probably not have cas2, but theyres almost(or no) difference between 2 and 2.5.

Does mines count as PC4000 ram? I got 4000+ in SiSoft :D
