cool air condensation protection

I wanted to know if i could get rid of any condensation that might apper on my sys by building a ac for it and pumping cold air there the case
also maybe i can get some more oc from it too:D

also would my caps and volt regulators still work right in the cold

and could someone tell me how to wireup a window AC compressor
