Some 9800se's use a 128 bit memory interface and some use a 256 bit. The 256 bit cards are the only ones that can soft mod to a 9800 pro.

If the ram is in a line, then u have the possibilty of modding it into a 9500pro with an r350 core, if its "L" shaped, then posibly a 9800

He said its 128-bit. Even if it has L shaped ram it can't softmod to a 9800pro.
