i have mounted an 2.2k ohm resistor how do i know what my voltage are on the gpu now without reading the voltage. ?

cant i calculate it somehow ?

I don't think there is any way to determine exactly how many volts your giving it without measuring the check point with a multimeter.
Don't tell me you are vmodding things without a multimeter???

Exactly what I was gonna say, why are you doing volt mods without a multimeter?

i have a multimeter but not shure where to read the vgpu is it just pin 18 and 20 - where the mod is ?

No there is a special place to read it. Didn't you follow a guide? Heres a pic showing where the vgpu monitor point is.

EDIT
I think that pic is for a 9800pro.
I think 2.2k is gonna give u over 2.0Vgpu

vgpu monotoring = the black wire from the multimeter
but where do i set the red one ?
wich side of the resistor do i set it ?
EDIT : ore sohuld i set the black in ground and the other wire - red - to the monitoring ?

You are walking in DANGEROUS territory! If you have no idea how to calculate resistance with 2 resistors connected in parallel, you should think about reading some simple physics circuit laws.

Put black lead to ground, red to "vgpu monitoring" in the above photo, which btw is not a resistor but the leg of a cap sticking thru the card. And I agree with Buff, that will most likely give over 2.0v

2.2K should yield u around 1.9V..

2.2k is 1.87 on my card.

I believe its impossible to calculate the voltage as the cards come with different stock gpu volts to begin with...mine was at 1.722v while others have 1.73 and so forth. imo at least
