On a Mach I.
Usually, Luberex Dielectric Grease is used to insulate around the CPU. I have reviewed other installation helps/guides/info and could not find any mention of dielectric grease.
Does that mean that non is used with a Mach I?
Thanks
Its not required, but It certainly doesn't hurt as long as you keep it away from the seal string.

It makes me feel better. Used in the socket and on the cpu pins.
It will realy do a number on the seal string if you get any on it.

I do have a question regarding dielectric grease.
Asuming it quite obviously conducts electricity, if you put it all over the cpu socket and cpu pins, why dont the pins get shorted out against each other through the grease?
