Your link to your pc pics is dead.

Anyway, what fans are sucking air in and blowing air out?

First of all good airflow is a question of NOISE.

I have two completely different setups.
Intel is based on low noise with 2xartic silent fans
in the front and 2x in the back combined with a zalmann cpu fan which is also very silent my temps are idle cpu 35-40 and under load about up to 55.
BUT ITS SILENT.

My second rig is full of fans ( thats also a point for you ) you can buy special cases which have blow holes on top and side panel
which gives you a real boost in lowering your temps.
But as for my AMD rig when i turn the fans on max power its like a jet starting.

So you must decide what you want 40cfm silent fans or 100cfm lous fans.

Usally two fans blowing in from the front and two fans blowing out in the back combined with round cables inside should give you a good airflow with reasonable noise value.
