Voltmod for 9800pro 256mb DDR2?

I've seen alot of voltmods for the 9800pro 128mb & the 9800xt but i havent been able to locate one for the 9800pro 256mb DDR2
version. Can anyone help me out? Is it the same as the xt? So far she's a pretty sweet card. stock cooling for now but she's hit 480/402(Benching only & with +15c room temp & a sh*t load of fans).:hehe: Thanks again.

Hey Vlad check the "Relabeled XT as 9800Pro" thread on the main forum. I think you might have the same XT pcb there so the vmod would be the same. And if you do, then it would seem a BIOS flash is in order as well.

ooopss... you are asking about voltmod?? I think it's the same technique just like any 9800PRO card.

Yeh, that "9800Pro 256 DDR2" is not a 9800Pro.

Its a relabeled 9800XT card. They couldnt keep up with the demand for the 9800Pro, and not as many people were buying the XT. They ended up with a surplus of XTs and so reflashed the bios to a 9800Pro. If you reflash it to a XT bios you will get the benefit of the Overdrive or whatever else is disabled.

The vmods will be same if the same Vregs are present.

Thanks. Thats what i thought i just wanted to confirm it first.
I tried flashing to XT once but i kept getting an error message when opening the bios file. ill try again. Thanks again.
