it can sometimes stabilize a system, sometimes it does the opposite. many people disable it, as it can cause 3dmark runs to not publish.

Set to "Disable" for performance.

On my Intel it does nothing, seems to be more popular to disable it for AMD.

On my Intel system does nothing it's enable,but on my Amd System i have it disable so i can have my system stable with Overclock:D

Keep it disable. All the boards I´ve used non of them had any benefit from having it enabled.
