Hello.
Just installed my new Abit Ic7 max3, and the tempeture in bios is about -7 to -11.. The display on the mach1 are -36 to -40.. with my old mobo (asus p4c800) the asus probe was something like -20- 28
And btw my cpu is running default 3.2 right now.
Please help:confused:

s'about right. Mobo sensors rarely show the correct temp. Go by stability and oc-ability. If it'll OC to the nuts and stay stable then it's fine. If it won't then your contact isn't good enough (basically).

Agree with Marci,
Also try to bench Pifast og SuperPi, with the temp-program on.
You will be surprised, you'll se temp above zero...
The temp change you can use to messure the kontakt.
My results:
Standard Prommy March 1 at 1.76 volt was -11
On my IC7 the temp on March I modded R404a was -23 at 1.86 volt.
The Cascade was N/A (below -26) at 2.1 volt also at full bench, and bad kontakt:D

Im not sure but it seems the evap temps -36 to -40 are too cold and you may not have good contact with the cpu.

Thank you guys, that’s great. Ill try to check the contact today. With MBM it’s -17 idle and -14 running superpi. But still on default voltage.
I only got my Mach1 for something like a week, but I keep learning :)
