i would prefer tighter timings to a higher overall clock, though if u just want 4ghz to say you can do 4ghz, (as many do) try loosening your timings

1.65vCore, 3.45 VDimm, GAT: SR-A-A-A-A

The Max3 will certainly do it, if you are having that much difficulty getting there it could well be your chip just won't do it.

edit: Damn, failed my first ever IMG linkage, try here (http://mysite.verizon.net/imagelib/sitebuilder/misc/show_image.html?linkedwidth=actual&linkpath=http://mysite.verizon.net/res6otqr/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/4ghz_1_1.jpg&target=tlx_new&title=4GHz%20at%201:1)

Yes, it is primestable at 4.2GHz, for more than 4h, but I run it 24/7 at 4.1, cause the memory runs really hot.

Tried.. loosening the memory timeings.. and upping and downing the vcore.. also tried turning off hyper threading..

i can into winodows at 3.9 but crashes loading DC

Im runing a SATA drive as for my OS and a secondary ide 133.. any problems there?

My boot priority changes when ever i crash.. any thoughts why?

Still wouldnt mind a list of every single setting in the bios by you guys btw..

Thanks for the info so far..
