How do I jump start prometeia using a separate power supply because I have a reset issue with this motherboard

use a paperclip between the green wire and one of the black ones

You can use pretty much anything that will supply 12V DC @ 500ma or better.. So yeah, your 200 watt atx is overkill but useable..

I done the paperclip method already but I have solved the problem the power cord was faulty I replaced it and now it jump starts fine thanks for the info
