Hey just flip the card over. See the back where the four pins from that connector go thru the pcb?
Easy!

its not hard, just find the 4 big things of solder on the back then match them up with the wires coming to the molex

just like on the pic below...
right-down corner.... 4 fat soldering points in vertical....
first from the top of the pic is 12v, then ground x 2, and 5v...

Here is a picture taken of the backside of a 9700P directly opposite the power wire connector. The colors are coded to wire placement and the solder points are directly to the right of the colored lines.
Edit: If connection at these points does NOT work your card has other problem/s

Umm, anywhere along the circuit trace directly connected to the pin, if your connection pin is not providing power to the board, yet the wire has voltage you may have a poor solder connection to the board, perhaps just resoldering the pin to the trace.

Use the VM to check the continuity(set it to beep), of the power/ground pins in the back, to the corresponding pins on the molex connector.
This will verify their proper connection. Maybe wiggle it a bit when doing this to see if there is a loose connection. Then check to see the you are getting power thru the molex that you attach to the card.
Is the card damaged? Do the traces coming from the pins look damaged?

card is not damaged!i have power on molex from psu!but i think that the molex connector on card is broken!red wire does not give power to graphic card, but yellow does!the cooler working,so i think that the vga doesn´t have enough power that vga can woorking propetly!
