.....does it matter where you point a fan?
Originally i had it pointing underneath where the chips are and i'm thinking of having it above pushing air down onto the shiny metal side. I have a no vibes III and so i need a fan somewhere on this thing.
They say temps go up when you use a no vibes and its true, but the only contact for a hd in a normal config is on the sides, so i'm curious if, as long as a fan is blowing somewhere on it, it'll cool it down.
Actually my new rad will hopefully go up top in my case and if i have the fans pulling the hot air out of the rad it should be blowing on the hdd which is in a 5.25 bay.....
