So I heard that this helps you run Dual Channel while overclocked on P4 boards more stable if you turn it off, but what exactly does it do? I know my system isnt stable @ 300fsb , but if I take a stick out it runs a lil more stable. But if I run 2 sticks of ram and Disable CPC it really doesnt help much. What is this supposed to do?

Heard it's command rate... 1T (enabled) vrs. 2T (disabled).

I run an xp and its pretty big. You say it doesnt help you overclock much... so of course enable. I wont run disabled on mine.

CPC disabled gives a huge performance drop. Enabled gives a huge stability drop but more speed. Test it with sandra, 3dmark and pifast and you'll see :)

I haven't checked sandra, but there's at least a couple of hundred point increase in 2001se with cpc enabled.
