Which is the better hd from these?

hi guys,i'm an italian boy and i want to know what you think of these 3 hd sata before buying one of them...
now my system is running on a Maxtor Diamond Max Plus9 80Gb Sata but i want to buy another sata 120Gb...
i'm a bit confused about these 3 hard-disk:
- Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 120Gb sata
- Hitachi Deskstar 7k250 120Gb sata
- WD Caviar 120Gb sata

which one do you suggest me?i would like to buy a really silent hd...

i've heard that the Segate is a good one.

i would also check to see which one has the longest warranty.
