SI or Intel RAID

I wanted to know what will run faster. 2 Raptor 10K on the Intel RAID or 4 Raptor 10K on the Silicone Image channel. Everything I have read is that the Intel RAID has 2.5 times faster burst speeds, but will the 4 drive RAID setup on the SI chip run faster then the 2 on the Intel.

The SI is on the PCI bus, with a max of 133MB for the entire bus. Stick with the Intel controller.
