In DC at 200 fsb I am onyl getting ~3100/2950. Is this low? Or about average?

That does look fine.
Also, If using nF2, make sure CPU interface is enabled or set to aggressive.

For a 200fsb run, thats right on line.

I'd say... it's pretty normal, if you got 3200 that would be awesome :D
that's normal.. almost got 3100 straight with my mush lvl2 at fsb 200, got shots of it at 210, 213, 216, 220, 225 - steady improving. just move on up, and i can tell if you're on target :D

I only get 3076 @ FSB 204 with my Corsair PC3200ll, so the 3100 are a good result in my opinion.

For Athlons, the score will also vary with multiplier. Higher multiplier does not always give higher memory score...
Some Socket A boards/chipsets seem to have a sweet spot somewhere (e.g.x10.5).

that's a bit lowish for fsb236, don't you think...
this is what i got with my abit nf7-s r2.0 (bios d18), 2 sticks of 256mb pc433 mushkin black level 2 and a xp1700+ running 10x225, 11-2-2-2 @ 2.94v vdimm (2.83v would've done it aswell)

so at 236 you should be hitting way better than just 3500, i'd estimate 3630ish interpolated from what i got at speeds from fsb200 and up. every 10mhz fsb gives me somewhat around 110-150+ points (at 11-2-2-2) even reducing the multi one notch doesn't do as much damage
/got the full shot with cpu arithmetics, cpu multimedia bench, mem bandwidth and cpu-z showing cpu and mem along, plus mbm reading of my temps & voltages - ~145k in case someone wants to see it as proof ;)
