What includes in the chipset driver!?

hey everyone!
I have NF7-S v2.0 mobo (nforce2).
my quistion is if the chipset driver from www.nvidia.com include all the mobo features - LAN, Audio, etc...

Yeah the chipset driver should of come on a cd with your motherboard?

Yes they are usually for the onboard features like you mentioned...

Get the nvidia drivers (3.13), don't install the ones on the mobo CD...

he is getting the new ones from nvidia but he wants to know wether that also includes the sound and lan drivers for his NF7-S... i'm pretty sure it doesnt include the lan but not sure about the sound.... i thought that soundstorm was part of the southbridge? so then those nvidia drivers would also have the soundstorm driver included?

yea, I want to install the 3.13 one, but my quisiton is if those driver that is from the nvidia.com site comes with the driver for the on-board lan and audio........

Only one way to know, install them and see if you have LAN and sound...
