i need some clarity on "LOCKED"

when a processor is locked (the new amd xp's)

does that mean only the higher multipliers are locked, but the lower ones are available,

or that all multipliers are locked except for defualt

For the new xps, they are locked up and down. However A64s are locked up and unlocked down. Lastly the A64 fx is unlocked up and down. Saying its locked ussualy means up and down but people sometimes say it when you cant go up either.

i just installed a locked axp 2500(just found out it was locked), now i dont wanna go through the hassle of putting my unlocked 2000 back in.
