Identify my ram please

on my 9700 pro's ram it says HY5DU28322 F-28 241A
what kind of ram is this, and whats its specs?

Hynix 2.8ns memory. Same found on newer 9800 Pro's, and I expect newer 9600's as well. Sapphire is switching over to Hynix 2.8ns memory from Samsung 2.8ns memory.

I think those are 3.0ns chips on the 9700 Pro

1000/3.0 = 333.3333333

Infineon chips go by HYB39D128323 instead of HY5DU28322, which are Hynix. They use similar codes.
