im running a Seagate Barracuda 120gig Pata. not a problem yet at 260fsb.(kinda my max with this board)

doesnt the sata controller run off the pci buss aswell so it woudlnt matter either way which you used would it?

im on windows 2000, no SP(thanks for reminding me, gunna go put SP2 on right now):p:


my other board did 260+ with a 13gig fujitsu on PATA withwindows XP SP1.

I see vga and sata are sharing irq19, so I'm wondering if that creates a wall at high fsb.

Why not SP4? is SP2 the best for benching?
