Thanks to wes for showing me this or I would have never seen it.
All I did was take the stock heatsink off, lap the NB, take the fan and all off the v7+ , and used a mixture of AS epoxy and AS3 to stick it on there.
It is a tight fit to clip the heatsink on though.

What would rip the northbridge off ? Take the stock heatsink off ? It was held on by those little push through thingers and some cheapo paste. Had no troubles getting it off.
If your refering to taking the v7+ off, I doubt you could get it off. Its pretty permanent.

Nope never had any problems with it on there. The compasitor right under it is also helping keep it there I would say. Even without it I think it would still be fine.

I did a similar thing like that with my first nf7-s...used a different heatsink, but used some AS poxy, and I also used some zip ties through the mounting holes and over the heatsink just to help hold it when standing up.
