my xp2500 and nf7 are in love, they do just fine together. however i only run it at 10x230 1.875v... not very extreme

if i upped the voltage one tick could that hurt anything?

It depends on what voltage you're at right now. Just watch your load temps and as long as they don't go much over 50C then your fine.
