test says 512mb ram, but your sig shows 1.5gb meaning you are running 3 sticks of 512. are you running dual channel?

i guess what perplexes me most was that i got 20.7k with my unmodded 9700pro. and only 21.5k with my volt modded 9800pro. it just doesnt make sense

That score is fine....

but arent radeon 9800pros supposed to be quite a bit faster than 9700 pros?
i mean especially since the 9800 pro is volt modded

Who cares if its Volt moded, your clocks are very low to begin with (compared to mine lets say), and mine is not volt moded. Your score is absolutley fine.....

That nature score is very low for that card.
Mine is 2fps higher and my card was only at 405/365.

i agree. nature is low.. i score higher with a tbred @ 2400mhz and 9800 @ 450/360. work on that.
Yeah I noticed the nature score right away, I think that's what's hurting you the most... :(

check youre image quality settings in the driver control panel and check that you are definetely on full performance settings, nature is definetely f'ed, compare with my system which is very similar to ures and ull see...

also run and rerun car low a few times, car low fluctuates alot, and im pretty sure u could be getting abit better for car low.

I score 21k with 2Ghz AMD64 and a overclocked 9800Pro.
Right now my freq. are:
Core: 454Mhz
Ram: 736Mhz
Is that good compared with my score ??

Is AGP texture acceleration enabled on your system? I remember reading a while back that a lot of people were not realizing that it was disabled on their systems for various reasons, especially when the DX9b patch came out.

well i just stuck my radiator out the window got the temps quite cold, its snowing outside. Clocked the cpu to 3.68, and clocked the 9800 to 500:400 and got 22.9k, i havent submitted that score to the orb yet though. thats quite a bit better than the 21.5k i got before, but still not extremely faster than my 9700pro.

Im pretty sure ive hit the wall with my 9800 500:400 is quite high, im happy with those clocks. My a/c unit should be arriving next week sometime so ill see what my cpu maxes out at.

Hello everyone:)
If you want to boost that nature score and you are using Rage3d tweaker, go to Direct 3D settings and Change the Anisotropic mode to "Performance". That'll give you a big boost in the Nature test and bring your score up quite a bit.

CJ, everybody do that before start benching;). I get 10K w/ it lol
There are still quite a few people who don't know this trick. I only found out myself about 6 months ago and that was only after a lot of asking and searching around.
It does stand out like a sore thumb though when looking at compare results and the Nature bar is way behind the others. :)
