Thanks much guys, I'm gonna order my first Kingston, BH5 PC3200.
It has the same densety as a single-sided stick would, but the chips are arranged on both sides (assuming for better utilization of the heatspreader).

My KHX3200/256 is single sided (as in, all the chips are on one side of the PCB).
My khx3200/256 is singlesided too, the 3500 ones I had one year ago were double sided.
