how can i tell if my ram is ch-5 or not even that good?

Check on the chips on it. It says what kind it is.. If there is a heatspreader you have to pull them off to be sure..

Theyre is two way: The first one by the codename(some edition are BH5 100% sure). Second: Remove the heatspreaders

He has value ram. They shouldn't have heatspreaders. Just write down what it says on the chips and post it in this thread.

If you have some valueRAM theyre probably BH6;).
But check it out;). Its the last three caracters at the end of the first line

BH6 is better, but if its newer valueram I doubt you have BH6. If you do, consider yourself lucky.

EDIT: BTW i have gotten my timings down to 1:1-2-3-3-5@stock volts

I had 2 sticks of KVR DDR400 withCH-5 written/stamped on them.
I'm thinking that yours might not even be Winbond... Mine said Winbond ------CH-5.
Kingston may have changed the way they stamped the chips though...
just my 2 cents..

The chips have Kingston on them? They are relabled by Kingston.

No idea what kind of chips those are. Googled but couldnt find any part of that model number. Must be relabeled.
