possible psu problem?

ok so just today my system has become unstable and was wondering if anyone thought that it may be my psu. please let me know what you think..look at the +5v

just try with another psu or look your psus channels with multimeter if 5v is really 3.18 then thats your answer to unstableness :)

The 5v and 12v rails are both to low imho.

Use a multimeter to make sure that is a correct reading.

What kind of psu is it?

Dont trust bios readings. Check it with a multimeter at the molex.

most def.

my bios readings are a far cry from from real.

i have 3@ 3.49 real, bios says 3.30-3.31
5v moves in there alot too and 12v is way low.. all are over their specified voltage really.
