dip switch on 9800??

i was removing the shim off my 9800np this evening, and noticed a small dip switch right next to the fan header.. it says "FE ON" and it has 2 switches, labeled 1 and 2.

anyone have any idea what those are for? :D

toggle between PAL/NTSC....

but not 100 perfcent sure...

NTSC= US.
PAL = European
