A64 3200+ Maxed-out at 2500MHz?

I followed Mickeymouse's modding, but after modded my Chaintech ZNF3-150 yesterday(Vcore, Vdimm and Vdd), there is no any gain in CPU clock, still as before, 2500MHz (before modding, 1.7V) :(

I have increased Vdimm to 3.1V, Vcore to 1.86~1.92V, Vdd to 1.95V. Is it CPU maxed-out or MB's problem or CPU temperature problem? I used watercooling. :(

A64 3200+ 2.00gHz @ 2.50gHz on water....I don't think that's all bad. The Vapo guys get 2.7ish....extreme vapor up to 3gHz.
You may be faster at 2.5 2.5xLDT than 2.6 2xLDT
