Asus RMA's

God Asus is reallly slow. I Rma'd a motherboard to them on December 18th, 2003. I havent gotten it yet!! I called customer support last week and they said it was finally shipped...but wont be here until Tuesday!! (jan 27th)

I guess if you subtract the winter holidays, the time will be a little shorter, but damn its been more than a month

Maxtor's rma process is like 1 week

One of the reasons why I avoid Asus....too many horror stories like this.
