Buzzing Sound

I purchased a 19" LG monitor a few days ago, and I noticed that it is making a low buzzing noise that can be heard from its sides/rear. Is this normal?

Well I purchased the monitor from a store here, so getting a replacement would (hopefully) only require the physical strength to take it back the distributor.
