dunno cpu-z say's some stuff cannot be displayed
another question: i wanna get rid of that crap mobo cause only 2.65Vdimm and only stonck on cpu (i use clockgen to oc)
but i don't know what to get, i know that an p4c800 is the best but it's kindda pricey, so i was thinking about a p4p800, no the deluxe version it's like 110€ (euro is about the same as dollar atm)
can that mobo change vcore and stuff?

I say hold on a little longer, save some more pennies and get the P4C800. Trust me, you won't be disapointed.
Right now your 2.4c can run 3.3Ghz right? I would say that's a very impressive oc even with a low vdimm and vcore ;)
Run your rig as it is for now, and just keep your eyes open for a sale on a new P4C800 or a refurbed one :) If you jump on one now i'll bet 2 weeks later it'll drop in price so fast and you'll kick yourself in the head for spending all that money when you could've waited just a bit longer.

The P4C800-E is a good board.
Have mine since 1 week now. Fast and stable. You'll like it.

3dmark 2001 a bit dissapointing
can bench @ 3.25mhz (maby 3.26) ram 5:4 running on 2-3-3-8-8
cpu an ram could go higher if i could only giver more juice but mobo wouln't
gpu: saphire 9800pro @ 385/470 using cat 4.10
but normally i should have higher score, not?

use cat 3.6 or 3.2 w/e you want windows 2k and directx 8.1 and you should hit 20k doing the above netted me ~6-700 points

I read that p4= faster in xp
and amd = Faster in win 2k

Use modded 3.1 Catalysts, better imo. And yes, XP is still faster for the P4, but you might wanna tighten those timings a bit more ;)
