Mach I Shut Down?

Hello all,

I just received my Mach I and I'm shorting pins 13-14 of the power supply to check to see if it works. It tries to start, then it just shuts down. Has anyone had this problem or heard of it? :confused:

How did you fix the problem? I'm thinking about buying one of these but want to foresee as many problems as I can.
