Hi I have a custom made phase change cooler it's connsist of : ~140W Compressor , this Condenser (http://mcs.pc.pl/sklep_img/ch_am_big.jpg), about 2,80m diameter in 1mm capilary and 0.6m suctorial tube (carbone copper 13mm diameter in) and evap : http://republika.pl/temat/zdjecia/fc/evapcap.JPG its 50x50x10 and 50x50x5 top . All working with R22 gas. I have one big problem ,wholes setup working fine without loads can work about -50C ,with my P4 1.8Ghz@3.6Ghz it gives me ~ -5C in windows but when i turn on prime and other load like 3dmark etc... temps upping very high up to 35C :O temp of evap is -25C without load ,and -21C loaded. Where is problem :O?????. I tried calibrate it by eject gas and entrance i have lower temps but problem is all the time :( load temps jump up!. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

The first step in solving any problem is describing it properly. We can't see it from here. We can only see what the system is doing from the description and the temperatures/pressures. Just saying that the loaded temperatures go up doesn't tell us much.

To see what is going on, we need the following:

Low side:

CPU temp
Evap temp
SST (saturated suction temp) or low side pressure (and type of refrigerant)
Suction line temp near compressor inlet

High side:

Condenser air in temp
Condenser air out temp
SCT (saturated cond temp) or high side pressure (and type of refrigerant)
Liquid line temp near condenser outlet

It's not a one time deal. Each time you change something, the entire list needs to be reported again.

I know what was a problem :D I resolve it! My cooler had not good cooling. Now i have 2x80x80 12V on condenser and 2x92x92 also 12V on compresor. Temp's with load CPU are ~5C :D so i'm very happy. Unseen try it with your cooler! After compresor was very hot
