MachI/A64 question...

Does anyone know if the A64 mount kit works on the Mach I's...Have a MachI 404 here...wanna give it a spin.

Funny, I just emailed nVentive asking if MachII kits fit MachI's, since all I have found for A64 is MachII kits. They fit, but the heater element connector would need to be modified or adapted to work....if you use the heater element.

I hope I will get the Mach II A64-Kit for the Mach I these days. But I also have to write some exams these day's so I don't know when I find the time to assemble that stuff. AFAIK you only have to connect the heater to 12V and everything should be fine ;)

Yes they should fit in my experience... Only main difference I can find is that the screws for one are longer than the screws for the other.... so just add more washers if you have contact problems.

Ahhh, I c that makes sense....hey I noticed that in another thread u said that if ur changing the gas in a prommie without changing the cap tube that u should go with R507 what kinda performance verses R404 with cap change is it?....as far as how much worse /better cooling u get.
